18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are scheduled for ultrasound-guided nerve block before anesthesia; 2. Patients with ASA grade I ~ III; 3. Patients aged 18-75 years old; 4. Patients without obvious dyspnea and hypoxemia before operation; 5. Patients with educational level above primary school; 6. Patients with preoperative MMSE score >= 23; 7. Patients who sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cardiovascular disease ,peripheral neuropathy, central nervous system disease, puncture site infection,coagulation disorder; (2) patients with mental disorders; (3) BMI>=35kg/m2 (4) pregnant women; (5) lactating women; (6) failure to follow up, drop out of the study due to personal factors, and (7) patients who are allergic to drugs in this study; (8) history of taking benzodiazepines and other sedative drugs; (9) patients with communication disorders.
