Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged >=18 years; 2. The menopause time 4-8 weeks; 3. The blood HCG is positive and the pregnancy location is not clear; 4. Participate voluntarily in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who took antibiotics or antifungal drugs within 30 days before sample collection 2. Patients who have had sex with vaginal or cervix topical medication or irrigation within 48 hours before sample collection; 3. Patients with acute inflammation of the genital tract at the time of specimen collection, or a history of tumor; 4. Patients who have a lot of vaginal bleeding during specimen collection, which may affect the quality of the specimen.
