Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosis of extranodal nasal type NK/T-cell lymphoma based on biopsy slides; 2. Aged >=18 years, early stage (IE-IIE)according to Ann Arbor staging standard, with measurable lesions, ECOG score of 0-2, and expected survival time of at least 12 weeks; 3. Patients with stage I should have at least one of the following risk factors: Age>60 years, distant lymph node invasion, primary tumor invasion, positive plasma EBV-DNA,elevated LDH; 4. The bone marrow function, liver and kidney function were good, no radiotherapy and chemotherapy were received, and the clinical data were complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. non-upper aerodigestive tract extranodal nasal-type NK/T-cell lymphoma patients,for example: primary cutaneous or gastrointestinal tract; 2. Ann Arbor stage was III-IV; 3. pregnancy or lactation, or have any complications that affect the accuracy of the research; 4. presence of another malignant disease or once had a malignant tumor; 5. patients with incomplete clinical data and unable to cooperate.
