60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. the diagnostic criteria of severe knee osteoarthritis; 2. the patients can tolerate the operation and have informed consent to the treatment; 3. the patients with complete lateral meniscus and anterior cruciate ligament were seen during the operation; 4. the patients were willing to participate in the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. to exclude arthritis caused by rheumatoid arthritis, metabolic and hematological diseases; 2. to exclude patients with severe varus deformity and knee flexion contracture; 3. to exclude past knee joint trauma. Patients with damage to meniscus and cruciate ligament.
