Age
65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=65 years old; 2. diagnosed with lumbar spinal stenosis, and accepted posterior lumbar decompression; 3. fusion and internal fixation in our hospital; 4. Without obvious history of trauma; 5. has complete X-ray, CT and MRI imaging data, and at least 3 years of follow-up data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with trauma; 2. deformity and wedge deformation of the vertebral body; 3. incomplete imaging data.
