18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. histopathologically confirmed and untreated nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients; 2. Aged 18 to 70 years old; 3. body status ECOG 0~2; 4. normal blood biochemical indexes, normal liver and kidney functions; 5. patients and their families have given informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months; 2. Secondary lymphoma; 3. Transforming lymphoma; 4. Primary central nervous system lymphoma or lymphoma invades central nervous system; 5. Allergic to any research drug; 6. Combined with other malignancies, except for cured basal cell carcinoma; 7. patients with active infections who need treatment; 8. Organ dysfunction such as malignant hypertension, heart failure, dilated cardiomyopathy, unstable angina pectoris, or myocardial infarction occurring within 6 months, renal insufficiency (Cr >1.5 ULN), abnormal liver function (AST / ALT >2.5 ULN or BIL >2.0mg/dl); 9. Pregnant or lactating women.
