Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who will undertake selective ophthalmic surgery; 2. Meet the standard of American Society of Anesthesiologists'(ASA) physical status 1 to 2; 3. Aged 18 to 60 years; 4. BMI 18 to 25 kg/m2; 5. Estimated duration of anesthesia more than 30min.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA over grade III; 2. Those who have contraindication of laryngeal mask; 3. There was a history of upper respiratory tract infection one week before operation/Chronic pharyngitis/Severe gastroesophageal reflux/Morbid obesity/open mouth too small/There were abnormal oropharyngeal lesions/Cardiopulmonary diseases/Patients with congenital or idiopathic methemoglobinemia and those who are receiving other drugs (such as sulfonamides) that can cause methemoglobinemia; 4. Local anesthetic allergy; 5. Laryngeal mask intubation times more than 2 times, laryngeal mask alignment is not good leakage; 6. The operation time was less than 30min; 7. Atropine was used during the operation; 8. The researchers believe that there are any factors affecting the subjects' participation in the trial or the evaluation of the results.
