Natural childbirth group:NA

Epidural group:0.075% ropivacaine mixed with sufentanil 0.5ug/ml for labor analgesia

Low-dose s-ketamine pre-infusion group:The s-ketamine group was given 0.5 mg/kg/h pre-infusion before delivery

Epidural compound low-dose s-ketamine pre-infusion group:In the epidural combined with low-dose esketamine group, pre-infusion of 0.5mg/kg/h and 0.075% ropivacaine mixed with sufentanil 0.5ug/ml epidu

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects whose body weight ranges from 45 to 70 kg; 2. ASA II, III. There was no serious abnormality of cardiopulmonary function before operation and no severe complication of other systems; 3. No contraindications of epidural anesthesia, such as no local anesthetic allergy history, coagulation dysfunction, puncture site infection, etc; 4. Expectant mothers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to narcotic drugs; 2. Patients with severe infectious diseases; 3. Patients with heart, liver, lung and blood system diseases; 4. Patients with serious mental illness; 5. Patients with abnormal immune function.
