Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis in our PICU meets the PALICC diagnostic criteria of ARDS 2015, Children receiving invasive lung protection ventilation; 2. Men and women; 3. Aged30 kg; 4. Within 72 hours of diagnosis of pARDS; 5. received deep sedation or nerve block therapy, No spontaneous breathing; 6. The guardian signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The presence of hemodynamic instability or decompensated shock is not corrected; 2. Severe thoracic and spinal lesions, trauma, Surgical incisions, skin lesions, Severe deformity of the chest can not be fixed EIT the bandage; 3. Weight 50; 4. Intrathoracic instruments such as pacemakers, cardiac defibrillators (ICD) and any other surgical implants; 5. Ongoing cardiac electrical defibrillation; 6. Congenital heart disease, congenital diaphragmatic hernia, severe airway obstructive disease; 7. Various causes of pulmonary hypertension treated with sildenafil or inhaled nitric oxide; 8. Severe craniocerebral injury, Intracranial pressure monitoring or extraventricular drainage; 9. No internal jugular central vein can be established; 10. Hypernatremia for various causes, Sodium >155 mmol/L; 11. In vitro life support therapy.
