Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Femal and male, aged 18-80 years; 2) All included patients met Rome III IBS diagnostic criteria (chronic abdominal pain or discomfort for at least 3 days/month). 3)Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with other digestive tract diseases, autoimmune diseases, cardiac and renal insufficiency, malignant tumors, diabetes mellitus or previous abdominal surgery; 2) Volunteers who had taken drugs (such as antibiotics, Traditional Chinese medicines and treatments that might affect the interpretation of the results) within 4 weeks; 3) Pregnant or lactating women.
