Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Patients with VATS; 3. Karnofsky's score >= 80; 4. Subjects who can understand, follow the protocol, and sign for informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pulmonary bullae or patients with clinical history of spontaneous pneumothorax; 2. Patients with severe emphysema; 3. Patients who received chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy before surgery; 4. Patients with extensive pleural adhesion; 5. Patients with poor liver or kidney reserve, severe cirrhosis or abnormal coagulation indicators; 6. Patients with poor compliances, that can not complete follow-up according to protocol.
