control group:Budesonidomoterol, 160/4.5g/day, twice a day, one puff each time

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) FEF25%-75% 80%; (5) Positive result of bronchoprovocation test; (6) Voluntarily participate in the study and comply with the study regulations, understand and comply with the inspection, and will to sign written informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Body temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees C or complete blood counts is abnormal (white blood cell count exceed 1.0 x 10^9 / L or lower than 0.4 x 10^9 / L); (2) With bronchiectasis, pulmonary infection or interstitial pneumonia; (3) History of respiratory infection within 4 weeks; (4) Smoking history with more than 100 year-package; (5) A history of alcohol or narcotic abuse, mental illness, antagonistic personality, adverse motivation, paranoia, or other emotional or intellectual problems that may affect the informed effectiveness of participating in this study; (6) Participating in other drug clinical trials.
