Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gynecological laparoscopic surgery; 2. ASA I-II; 3. Aged 25-40 years; 4. Weight 45-70kg, body mass index 19-24.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypertension, diabetes, liver and kidney diseases, asthma and other chronic respiratory diseases; 2. Patients with mental illness, disturbance of consciousness, unable to carry out normal communication; 3. Allergic constitution or allergy to related drugs.
