Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients who have undergone fine needle aspiration of thyroid nodules, and the pathological results indicate that Bethesda grade V and VI patients (some patients with thyroid nodules less than 1 cm underwent FNA because of concern); 3. Patients with thyroid nodules larger than 0.5cm (nodules less than 0.5cm, due to arterial pulsation and respiration, it is difficult to maintain the same plane during angiography); 4. The same operation method was adopted in all patients: ccnd and total thyroidectomy were performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. PTC patients with gross calcification; 2. Patients with benign nodules (FNA false positive) confirmed by histopathology; 3. Patients with multiple thyroid nodules confirmed as PTC (which PTC is the PTC of multiple and bilateral PTC nodules is difficult to identify by clnm); 4. Pregnant women.
