Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy controls: people with no history of biliary system diseases (including benign diseases such as biliary calculi, inflammation, benign and malignant tumors) and other tumor diseases after physical examination. 2. Patients with gallbladder polyps: patients with gallbladder polyps confirmed by cholecystectomy. 3. Patients with gallbladder cancer: patients who were pathologically diagnosed as gallbladder cancer after radical gallbladder surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gallbladder polyps: with a history of biliary tract tumor or other tumor diseases. 2. Gallbladder cancer patients: patients with other tumors or newly developed other types of tumors; patients who are unable or refuse surgery; patients with metastatic gallbladder cancer (non-primary); patients who refuse follow-up.
