18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Duration of disease > 48h; 4. Unilateral limb hemiplegia; 5. Standardized Five Questions, S5Q >= 3; 6. Be able to complete cardiopulmonary exercise test evaluation; 7. Informed consent is signed by the patient or family member.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Stroke in progression; transient ischemic attack; cerebral trauma; encephalitis;tuberoublor meningitis and other brain parenchyma and central nervous system damage; 2. Severe congestive heart failure; unstable angina pectoris; myocardial infarction within one week; acute pulmonary embolism or pulmonary infarction; II-III degree a-v block; rapid atrial/ventricular arrhythmiasevere aortic stenosis; uncontrolled hypertension; ventricular intramural aneurysmsevere pulmonary hypertension; 3. unstable vital signs; new deep venous thrombosis of lower extremityserious infection; severe liver and kidney dysfunction; Severe fracture laxity; 4. Ashworth:2-4; 5. long - term upper - limb muscle strength and grip strength training experience or special manual workers; 6. Uncoordinated grip strength and cardiopulmonary exercise test measurement; 7. People with obvious mental illness and cognitive impairment; 8. Pregnant or lactating woman..
