Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with upper abdominal cancer confirmed by imaging data or surgical pathology and unable or refused to undergo surgical resection; (2) Patients with pain mainly involved in the middle upper abdomen and back; (3) Patients who received strong opioids and adjuvant drugs for pain relief, but the numerical rating method was used; (4) Patients with pain relief >= 50% in the diagnostic block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with systemic or puncture site infection and coagulation dysfunction; (2) Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; (3) Uncontrolled hypotension and intestinal obstruction; (4) Patients with multiple systemic metastases and a wide range of pain; (5) Patients with alcohol or local anesthetic allergy; (6) Family members or subjects who do not cooperate, can not use drugs according to the plan or can not complete the follow-up.
