18 Years to 68 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergoing open hepatic lobectomy for primary HCC; 2. ASA I-II; 3. Be willing to take part in the project and sign the ICF.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 68 or under 18 years; 2. HCC recurrence; 3. With severe systematic illness; 4. With severe endocrine disease, immune disease or under immunosuppressive treatments and hormonal therapy; 5. Contradictions for epidural block; 6. Be allergic to medicine used in the project; 7. Combined surgery/ emergency surgery; 8. Pregnancy or lactation.
