18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient takes part in the test voluntarily and signs the informed consent statement; 2. Aged between 18 to 65 years, no gender limitation. 3. TBSA >= 30%, or III degree TBSA >= 10%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with tumor, AIDS, diabetes or autoimmune diseases; 2. Patient with specific infection such as tuberculosis, legionella and others; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding woman; 4. Patient who suffered cardiac infraction or cerebrovascular accident within past 6 months.
