18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient understands and is willing to sign the informed consent or signs it on behalf of his or her immediate family members; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. Patients who undergo surgery and receive epidural analgesia; 4. According to the indications of epidural analgesia: normal coagulation function; platelet >= 75 * 10^9/ L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of epidural analgesia: coagulation dysfunction or platelet < 75 * 10^9/L; infection of puncture site ; perioperative oral anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs; hypovolemia or shock patients; mental illness, severe neurosis, etc; 2. Patients with historic pruritus disease: skin problem, gout , rheumatic immune diseases; 3. Patients with history of allergic diseases or allergic patients with antibiotics, anesthetics, latex during peri-operative period, etc; 4. The success or failure of epidural operation is not sure; 5. Patients who received allogeneic blood transfusion in recent one month; 6. Serious complications occurred during and after operation; 7. Patients with poor expression or limb autonomic movement disorder.
