Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASAI~II, Preeclampsia, hypertension during pregnancy, singleton term women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with fetal asphyxia, abruption of placenta, placenta previa, etc.; 2. Patients with hypertension in pregnancy; 3. Patients with infectious diseases such as lung infection and intrauterine infection; 4. Patients with autoimmune diseases; 5. Persons with mental disorders, drug addicts, or drug addicts.
