18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The indications of ERCP were confirmed; 2) The age was 18-70 years old; 3) The shape of nipple was long nipple or diverticular papilla; 4) ERCP operation was tolerated for more than 1 hour.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) After gastric and duodenal diversion; 2) Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, pulmonary function and other organ diseases that can not tolerate the operation; 3) Patients with mental disorders who can not cooperate with the operation; 4) Patients with upper gastrointestinal stenosis and obstruction; 5) Patients with other auxiliary intubation techniques that are not successful.
