18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. More than 24 hours after the onset of stroke; 2. Independent function before stroke; score of Rankin scale is less than or equal to 2 points; 3. Above primary school level; 4. Able to communicate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypersensitivity to anesthetics or analgesics; 2. Patients who require endotracheal intubation to maintain breathing or have undergone endotracheal intubation; 3. Glasgow scores less than or equal to 8; 4. NIHSS scores greater than 30 or less than 8; 5. Severe agitation or seizure; 6. Loss of airway protective reflexes and/or vomiting.
