Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) It conforms to the diagnostic criteria for hospital-acquired pneumonia in accordance with the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Chinese Adult Hospital-acquired Pneumonia and Ventilator-associated Pneumonia (2018 edition) formulated by the Infectious Group of Respiratory Medicine Branch of Chinese Medical Association; 2) Aged from 18 to 80 years, male or female; 3) Informed consent has been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Unstable vital signs; 2) Angina pectoris, myocardial infarction or acute heart failure occurred three months before enrollment; 3) G-6PD defect (Favism); 4) Hyperthyroidism (Graves); 5) Thrombocytopenia lower than 50x109/L, severe coagulation disorders; 6) Massive blood loss, acute bleeding, anemia (<90 g/L), etc.; 7) Severe water and electrolyte disturbances; 8) Patients with hemochromatosis or treated with copper or iron agents; 9) Allergic to anticoagulant (sodium citrate); 10) Pregnancy; 11) Severe hepatic insufficiency.
