Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years; 2. There is still a periapical radiolucency after perfect root canal treatment; 3. Root canal retreatment is not feasible, such as the existence of large restorations, broken instrument in the canal or overfills that cannot be removed, perforations that cannot be repaired by non-surgical treatment, etc.; 4. Root canal retreatment failed; 5. Severe root canal anatomy variation; 6. Need to confirm the diagnosis through exploratory surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with surgical contraindications; 2. Metal alloy restorations or appliances in the oral; 3. Claustrophobia 4. Those who are allergic to gadopentetate meglumine.
