18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18-80 years old; right-handed; in stroke recovery period (3 weeks to 1 year); 2. Stroke is located in the left cerebral hemisphere (basal ganglia area, cortex, subcortex); 3. Vision and hearing meet clinical assessment; fluent or non-fluent aphasia; sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe organic diseases, cardiac pacemakers, coronary stent implantation and metal V-P drainage devices cannot complete TMS treatment; 2. Severe mental or affective disorders or severe cognitive dysfunction, unable to understand the researcher's instructions, and unable to cooperate with the study subjects; 3. Any neurological diseases that cause dementia, including: severe AD, VD, Parkinson's disease, etc.; 4. A history of severe alcohol, substance abuse or dependence, etc. in the past 2 years; 5. Subjects with a history of epilepsy; 6. Participating in other interventional studies.
