Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) revised in 2010 by fatty liver and alcoholic liver Disease Group of Liver Association of Chinese Medical Association, 30-60 years old non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) patients were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of liver damage medication; 2. The Subject of drinking; 3. Patients with viral hepatitis; 4. Patients with autoimmune liver disease; 5. Patients with anemia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other system diseases; 6. Patients with hemochromatosis.
