Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-50 years, no gender limit; (2) Patients who have suffered trauma to the spine recently and diagnosed with SCI; (3) Patients undergoing spinal nerve decompression and internal fixation; (4) Patients with SCI for the first time; (5) Patients who have a smart phone and are proficient in using apps such as WeChat.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) SCI combined with other important organ injuries; (2) Those who have a longer course of disease and undergo conservative treatment without surgery; (3) Patients with complications after SCI; (4) Patients who cannot use apps such as WeChat.
