surgery group:Total thyroidectomy and lobectomy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The results of ultrasound-guided biopsy were papillary thyroid carcinoma; (2) The maximum diameter of the nodule was less than 1 cm; (3) No lymph node or distant metastasis was found; (4) There was no history of neck irradiation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There were other types of thyroid carcinoma; (2) Imaging confirmed cervical lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis; (3) Pregnancy; (4) Severe heart and respiratory diseases, or liver and kidney failure; (5) Coagulation dysfunction, bleeding tendency.
