Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients currently or previously diagnosed with essential hypertension and undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Aged 65-75 years, ASA II-III; Body Mass Index (BMI): 18-30kg/m2; 3. Neck Arterial ultrasound detection of blood vessels without abnormalities such as plaque, stenosis and malformation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are taking ACEI/ARB antihypertensive drugs; 2. Those with other severe peripheral vascular diseases; 3. Severe endocrine diseases; severe liver and kidney diseases; 4. Severe heart and lung diseases; 5. Basic mean arterial pressure (MAP) < 70mmHg.
