Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=40 years old; 2. (FEV1 / FVC) < 70% after inhalation of bronchodilator; 3. Have not participated in the lung rehabilitation program in the past three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe arrhythmia, heart failure, recent unstable angina attack or acute myocardial infarction; 2. Patients with severe bone and joint diseases affect their daily life; 3. Neuromuscular diseases lead to dyskinesia; 4. Severe cognitive impairment and abnormal mental behavior; 5. Peripheral vascular disease.
