Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant women in late pregnancy (between 28 and 36 weeks gestation); 2) Aged 18 years or older; 3) High school degree or above; 4) A score of 7 or more on the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale, or a score of 50 or more on Self-rating Anxiety Scale, 5) No medication or psychotherapy within 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe physical illness or organic mental disorder, 2) High-risk pregnancy status, 3) Unable to fully participate in 4 activities before delivery, 4) Did not understand Chinese.
