Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 18-60 years old, gender unlimited; (2) Patients with moderate or severe OSAHS (AHI > 15 times / hour) were diagnosed by PSG monitoring; (3) Failure, intolerance or rejection of ventilator and oral appliance treatment; (4) Electronic laryngoscopy and oropharyngeal CT scan were used to evaluate whether the occlusive plane was consistent with that of glossopharyngeal plane; (5) Friedman grade II or above, TCM score 17 or above; (6) It can accept the possible complications, sequelae.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The patients with poor general condition and severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases can not tolerate general anesthesia. (2) The head and face bone deformity or abnormality that seriously affects the airway. (3) Sleep disorders caused by pregnancy, hypothyroidism, acromegaly and other endocrine disorders. (4) Severe obesity, BMI > 40 kg / m2. (5) People who are addicted to drugs or alcohol or have mental disorders that are difficult to control. (6) Those who do not meet the expectation of the surgical effect. (7) The person who is mentally retarded or immature and whose behavior cannot be controlled.
