Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Current smoker or quit smoking within 10 years; 2) Aged >= 40 years; 3) Patients with symptomatic PAD, including intermittent claudication, resting pain, leg pain, etc .; or ABI = 200; 4) With or without risk factors for diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia; 5) Can complete the questionnaire independently or with the help of researchers; 6) Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who cannot obtain ABI value due to incompressible blood vessels; 2) Patients with severe diabetes and poorly controlled and refractory hypertension; 3) Patients with severe liver and kidney disease and cancer; 4) Severe limb ischemia, amputation, or revascularization in the last six months; 5) People who are unconscious or uncooperative, and who are accompanied by cognitive disorders;
