Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing mFLOFOX6 chemotherapy for colorectal cancer; (2) Can complete the whole chemotherapy process, and the expected survival time is more than 12 months; (3) Aged <65 years; (4) Conventional echocardiography showed no obvious abnormalities; Routine electrocardiogram examination showed no obvious abnormality. No increase of cardiac shadow on chest X-ray; (5) All subjects signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergic to chemotherapy drugs; (2) Unable to complete the whole chemotherapy process; (3) Change of chemotherapy regimen due to intolerance to side effects of the regimen; (4) Patients whose two-dimensional and three-dimensional image quality is poor can not show the ventricle intima and boundary; (5) Patients with abnormal initial ELECTROcardiogram and coronary heart disease were excluded through 12-lead electrocardiogram examination; (6) Patients with hyperlipidemia and diabetes were excluded in blood glucose examination. Patients with cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease and congenital heart disease were excluded by routine echocardiography and electrocardiogram, as well as those with hypertension and those with recent serious infections or complications.
