Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: CHD was diagnosed with the criteria for CHD. Coronary angiography or coronary CTA confirmed that the main branch lumen diameter of at least one vessel was more than 50% or that there was a clear ST segment elevation or non-ST segment; The patients had evidence of elevated myocardial infarction and the patients were with informed consent. The patients were diagnosed with dyslipidemia (LDL-C >=140 mg/dL, Triglyceride (TG) >=150 mg/dL or HDL-C more than 3 months, and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) > 10 months. The patients had mild or moderate heart failure (New York Heart Association (NYHA) Functional Classification I or II).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patients had the following status: severe hepatic and renal dysfunction (aspartate transaminase (AST) more than 100 IU/L, alanine transaminase (ALT) more than 100 IU/L, serum creatinine more than 1.5 mg/dL) within one month; ongoing treatment with DNJ more than one month; ongoing treatment with cyclosporine; allergic to DNJ or the drugs used in the present study; total glycerol (TG) level more than 400 mg/dL; HbA1c (Hemoglobin A1c) level more than 8%; and pregnant or lactating women.
