Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years old; 2. First onset, including out-of-hospital and nosocomial infections; 3. Confirmed or clinically diagnosed pulmonary cryptococcosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HIV patients; 2. Cases with only symptoms of risk factors and/or unexplained fever without typical or new imaging manifestations and serological, microbiological or pathological evidence.
