18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. People aged 18-60 years with physical examination; 2. Subjects who had no infection and did not use antibiotics within 3 months; 3. Subjects who did not use gastric acid inhibitors within 3 months; 4. Subjects who did not use drugs affecting intestinal motility within 3 weeks; 5. The Subjects of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of abdominal surgery; 2. Patients with diabetes, hypertension, obesity or other chronic diseases, tumors, thyroid dysfunction and other basic diseases; 3. Subjects of pregnancy or lactation; 4. Do not accept objects prepared for standard bowel cleaning.
