Intertrochanteric femoral fracture

Interventions

Intramendullary irrigation with low concentration of TXA:Intramedullary irrigation with 0.5g/100mlTXA in 5 minutes
Intramendullary irrigation with standard concentration of TXA:Intramedullary irrigation with 3g/100mlTXA in 5 minutes
Intravenous administration of TXA:Intravenous administration with 0.5g/100mlTXA 30minutes before surgery
Blank Control:Intravenous administration with normal saline 30minutes before surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 60 years old; 2. The patients with intertrochanteric fracture were diagnosed; 3. The surgical treatment was proximal femoral nail fixation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coagulation dysfunction: hemophilia, etc.; 2. Patients with long-term oral anticoagulants; 3. Patients who have received blood transfusion before operation.
