18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are scheduled for fiberoptic bronchoscopy or treatment; 2. Patients with ASA grade I ~ III; 3. Patients aged 18-65 years old; 4. Patients without obvious dyspnea and hypoxemia before operation; 5. Patients with educational level above primary school; 6. Patients with preoperative MMSE score >= 23; 7. Patients who sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before operation; 2. Patients with history of thoracotomy; 3. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients with a history of neurological and mental disorders and long-term use of sedative drugs; 5. Patients with sick sinus syndrome, atrioventricular block and sinus bradycardia; 6. Patients with severe aphasia, visual and hearing impairment, and severe motor impairment who cannot cooperate with the examination; 7. Pregnant or lactating women.
