Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 20-40 years; (2) Had not received any antidepressant medication before enrollment; (3) Have complete medical records; (4) Brain CT or MRI rule out organic diseases; (5) Follow-up for more than 1 month; (6) Education above primary school level; (7) HamD-24 score >= 20 points; (8) were all right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of mental illness, disturbance of consciousness, aphasia, intellectual impairment; (2) Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant during the study period; (3) Short-term automatic discharge and loss of follow-up; (4) Heart, liver, kidney and other organs with incomplete functions; (5) Those who cannot follow up regularly; (6) Follow-up time < 6 months
