Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. in Beijing Conservatory of Music performance major undergraduate students, graduate students, self-reported music performance anxiety has a serious impact on the level of play on the scene, recommended by the main subject teacher voluntary registration to participate in this study; 2. the professional performers of music performing groups and orchestras in Beijing, the anxiety of self-reported music performance has a great influence on the level of performance on the scene, so they volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With personality defects; 2. self-emotional control difficulties; 3. mental disorders.
