Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma with pathological diagnosis; 2. Resection of thyroid lesions and neck lymph node dissection in our hospital; 1 week before CT scan, neck high-resolution ultrasound examination (in our hospital ultrasound department specific high-grade machine examination); 3. Preoperative thyroid ultrasound examination and neck CT examination in our hospital; 4. Aged 18-75 years, with no gender limit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Contrast medium allergy can not be enhanced CT scanning; 3. Mental disorders or mental history and can not cooperate with themselves; 4. Other malignant tumors
