Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To provide informed consent and voluntarily to provide information and venous blood needed for research; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Clinical diagnosis: pSS, PSS-ILD and IPF were met respectively. 4. Life expectancy >= 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The cardiovascular system, respiratory system, endocrine system, blood system, immune system and other serious diseases are difficult to control; 2. Pregnancy or lactation; 3. Confirmed or suspected malignant tumor; 4. Severe neurological impairment caused by brain injury and cognitive impairment or dementia; 5. Suffer from serious mental illness; 6. Patients in the acute exacerbation of interstitial lung disease; 7. Researchers believe that there are other circumstances unsuitable for study.
