Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Urosepsis caused by stones in the upper urinary tract when the patient was admitted to the hospital. Sepsis met the Sepsis-3.0 standard.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obesity, ureteral stricture, or pregnancy.
