Gold Standard:Clinical outcome: Hypotension was defined by a 30% reduction in the SBP or 20% reduction in the MAP from baseline or an absolute SBP of less than 90 mm Hg and MAP of less than 65 mm Hg.

Age
65 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA PS I or II; 2. Adult patients (between 65 and 75 years); 3. BMI18-30kg/m2; 4. Undergoing any elective surgery under general anesthesia; 5. Carotid ultrasound detection of blood vessels without plaque stenosis and malformations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe arrhythmia; 2. Hypertension; 3. History of peripheral arterial diseases or atherosclerosis; 4. Heart disease, pulmonary hypertension, EF < 50%; 5. History of any previous neck surgery or trauma.
