Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: women aged 45-55 years; 2. The clinical manifestation is menstrual disorder for more than 3 months or amenorrhea for 3 to 12 months; 3. According to the 2005 Chinese Overweight and Obesity Working Groups diagnostic criteria for obesity, the patient must have either: waist circumference (WC) >= 80cm or body mass index (BMI) >= 28kg/m2; 4. The patient's TCM classification meets the relevant standards of simple obesity in the syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency, including obese body, edema, abdominal distension, fatigue, weak low-back and knees, loose stools, thin pulse, thin tongue coating , and pale tongue; 5. Those who have not used other methods to lose weight in the past month; 6. Those volunteered to participate in this clinical observation, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with serious diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems, psychiatric patients, immune system diseases), postprandial blood glucose >= 11.1mmol/L in diabetic patients; 2. Have a history of allergies to the catgut and any related components; 3. Have pituitary tumor, Cushing syndrome, etc. 4. Secondary and drug obesity.
