Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years old. 2. ASA grade I~II. 3. BMI >= 30kg/. 4. Can cooperate with this study voluntarily. 5. Elective laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to abdominal nerve block: severe abnormality of blood coagulation, infection of puncture site, allergy to local anaesthesia, etc. 2. History of long-term use of psychotropic drugs such as sedatives or antidepressants. 3. Those with a history of chronic pain or neuropathic pain who have been treated with painkillers for a long time. 4. Unable to cooperate with the study for any reason: hearing or vision impairment, language comprehension disorder, mental illness, inability to go to the hospital for follow-up, etc. 5. Patients with neuropathic pain before operation. 6. Participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months.
