Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newborns born in the obstetrics department of Shenzhen Second People's Hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 (gestational age 33-42 weeks; birth weight 2000g-4000g); 2. The subjects' mothers participated in the study 24-72 hours after delivery; 3. All subjects should sign informed consent before inclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple pregnancy and newborns with major congenital defects; 2. The lost interviewers in the research process.
