Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged over 60 years old; 2. According to the activities of daily living scale (ADLs), there were different degrees of disability in the elderly; 3. Permanent residents of the surveyed communities; 4. Volunteers to cooperate with the survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The elderly who have been cared for by care institutions for a long time; 2. Patients with mental system diseases or mental history; 3. Patients who are unable to communicate and have severe mental retardation (except Alzheimer's disease); 4. Patients who refused to participate in this study.
